Reporting a problem

To help us fix things quickly, please include:

• What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
• Your device and app version (for the mobile app), or your browser (for the web app).
• A screenshot, if the problem is visible on screen.

Joining the beta

BuddyCare is in private beta with a small group of veterinary clinics and pet owners. If you’d like early access — as a clinic or as a pet owner — email us and tell us a little about yourself. TestFlight invitations for the iOS app are sent as spots open up.

Account & data requests

To request deletion of your account and personal data, or a copy of the data associated with your account, email support@dev.petwyze.com from the address on your account. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store and why.
